South Pittsburg vs Goodpasture (Grider against this Joslin man)

We just got punched last week.  That's all there was to it.  It all depends on how we respond to it. We can lay down or pick ourselves up and get back to work. There is still everything on the line as far as goals are concerned except the Region Title.  Keep working and get back on the winning track and redeem ourselves in the playoffs.

GO PIRATES!

I hope last week was a good wake up call for the pirates. Some teams benefit from a loss and honestly it could be the best thing that could have happened to SP.  It all depends on how the pirates respond, will they come out with a chip on their shoulder the rest of the season or will they come out flat and dwell on the loss.

That Oliver Springs game sure woke our boys up!Sometimes getting hit in the mouth is what is needed!

Exactly, just hope the young men respond accordingly and take these last games as stepping stones to get back to a 2nd rd game with the Tigers!

Then we are gonna be waiting to chew on some Cherokee! Lol

The difference is that we aren’t nearly as talented, fast, or big as Greenback. SP doesn’t have the type team that can have a bad game vs a decent team and still win. I still think tonight will be a big challenge for this team.

This statement proves that you must not have been around and don’t understand the current situation.

When you have 5 starters potentially out, 4 for sure, it hurts most single A schools. Look who Goodpasture has played. They have played teams that have legit D1 guys on their team not small school college kids. This will be a 4 quarter battle.

You are wrong.  Grider will have to pay that Bouldin man in the third round at that Bouldin mans field.  You think im joking but im not.

They are dangerous because the seem to have some better athletes than Lipscomb but the wheels came off for them midway through the season.  In a close game a big play or 2 can kill you.

Roy, I guarantee you that we will have to play some tigers in the second round game.  Some blue tigers in Gordonsville.  I ain't joking neither.
