Just by what I've seen this year,this should be a great football game and I'd give it a tossup as to who wins.Now to the school names and a little Batman history for those that want to waste a minute

If I’ve done my math correctly, I believe if we win our next two and Crockett beats Boone we are guaranteed two home playoff games at least. With that being said, I’ve seen film on Crockett this year

As to Boone getting a player suspended...   Do we know if it was students or faculty who called the central office and did this?     I am really hoping this game does not break out into a brawl like a few years back and both teams are penalized by the TSSAA, but pre-game things like this certainly don't help.

I heard it was a great game.  Hats off to both teams.  Great great job by Coach Chandley to get that Crockett team rolling like it did this year.  10-0 as a first year head coach?  That should generate some great excitement on that side of the county.  I always want my Boone boys to win but I'm really happy at the success I've seen from the Crockett side.

You could not have asked for a more exciting game.    Boone had their chance late at the 10 yard line but choked.    It's all part of the game.     I think both teams get a home playoff game.

looks like it’ll be center vs Cocke county getting the winner of daniel boone vs gibbs then crockett vs halls getting SD vs tennessee..?

Wow what a great win by Crockett what a game. Oh Prince stepped up with his brother being suspended. Why was Boone fans booing when he was on the ground injured? We did lose #51 for the season torn ACL. This game will go down as a classic. I say 20,000 was in attendance tonight. Great fireworks show after. Good luck Boone in the playoffs wouldn’t mind playing you’ll again.

I can remember 6-8000 easily happening on those musket bowl games, but I want a quote from Crockett about the 20k.  I'd love if that was true, but dang 7x20k would mean a 140k gate... that would be ridiculous.

 

Oh that would be a dream match up right now, one more match up in the 3rd round.  Region 1 has to take care of business tho, last year it wasn't good at all for Region 1 representing the region in the playoffs.

I guarantee it was close to it. Why was Boone booing at Prince while he was in the ground injured. I seen Cole on the way out I told him to keep his head up he’s a great player

Can't answer that one for you, I was at another game with laundry all over the field.  Unless they thought they saw something else happen during the play, I don't think it was booing an injured player on the field.

      He had an opportunity to be the OC at TC without final say in the offensive gameplan. How does that work? Smh. Head Coaches are public figures regardless of the community size, and yes there are some out there, it’s irrelevant and not fair to them to name them on here. Also why is said “head coach” the head coach of the MS baseball program to begin with? Oh because no one wants it. As for the Lebanon question, I know what I’ve been told so just going off here say, some of the boosters were not happy with his roster decisions and wanted him out. Although he lead them to 20+ wins in multiple seasons

      A head coach in the school system? No I dont think so. Head coaches are public figures in small communities. Not trying to slander, but this is an actual question. Do you know why he was forced to resign at Lebanon? This was his second chance.  He already left trousdale once and had an opportunity to come back a couple of years ago but spoiled that.

      Are you perfect? Nope no one is, at the end of the day there are several teachers/coaches and even some in the Trousdale County school system that have DUI’s on their record. You’re correct on it being a bad mistake and it unfortunately could have ended horribly. While you consider the consequences minimal, I can assure you they are not. Ultimately I hope and have faith that he will learn from it and use it to better himself.
