Without getting too much into it, here's what 6A would look like, strength over several years and enrollment. Number is average statewide power rating and ranking in enrollment. There could be measures in place to keep teams from dropping more than 1 or 2 classes of what they'd be in enrollment classes, or rising more than 1 or 2. Private schools are excluded, the reason for some gaps in the numbers. Don't just base it on enrollment or public/private. This info is easily accessible and is required by every public school system in the country. If a school has a certain % (high) of free & reduced lunch, they should be able to play down a classification. This would really help the higher enrollment rural schools. It would not affect the smaller schools as much because there is nowhere else for them to go as far a classification. If a school has a certain% ( lower) Free & reduced lunch number, they must play up a classification. Gathering this info is just as easy as getting enrollment #s. It will never happen, but some states do this to help determine classification.

HOF games or week 11 games...TSSAA and schools will make more $. Personally I'd like to go to only 16 teams making the playoffs each class, but that will never happen. 1

I like the idea of an 11 game schedule also because our kids are only guaranteed 10 ball games and it could be over before they even turn around, especially if they do not make playoffs. This gives the kids an extra game to play, TSSAA makes bank and the schools make a little bit as well.

Right now there is a really good chance a winless team is going to make the playoffs in 4A because their region only has 4 teams. And that's ridiculous. Several 1 win teams have made it, but this will take it to a new level.

CHSAlum04
I like Super 32. Lets 0-10 Warren County come play 10-0 Maryville in first round. That's always a good matchup when them and White COunty come to play Red Rebels and the hot bed of recruits that live in Maryville City Population 5-Star. bounder
I do not see what free or reduced lunches have to do with playing sports. Except students get free or reduced breakfast or lunch. Which they should. It shouldn't have anything to do with sports.
RebelAtHeart
Heck, why not setup a super 32 for each division... take the top 4 seeds from each district this year and make that the "32 bracket" for the following season. After the next season finishes, replace the bottom 8 teams in the "32 bracket" with the 8 district champs left in the "Lessors bracket" from each division. Rinse and repeat every year. Force schools and coaches to hire extra staff to manage the scheduling headache this would create every year. Give gold balls to the "32 bracket" champs from each division and to the "Lessor bracket" champs in each division. More gold balls... more champs... more $$ for T$$AA. I'm sure it would be awesome and sustainable!
