District 4 AA predictions

 So Kingston has added a few players from last year. We played Kingston 4 times and beat them by 24 or more every game. The freshman team played them twice and beat them by 25 each time. They have a chance to be pretty good in a few years but don’t think they will contend this year. Of course only time will tell everyone has to go out and get it done.

Just my opinion, but I can’t see Kingston cracking the top 3 in 4-AA.

 Congrats to the Fulton falcons on winning the Farragut Thanksgiving tournament. Fulton will be a tough out for anyone this year. Alcoa and AE will be chasing them this year for the district title. Alcoa finished fourth without their starting center (knee) and 3 football players out do to football. We were tied at 33-33 with Webb at halftime and 49-43 after the third. We were outscored 20-7 in the 4th.  When we get everyone back we should be a different team. Should be an exciting year in 4AA this year.

 WOW! Scott County beats AE tonight by 3. If this score is right then 4 AA gets real interesting and I might have to change my opinion on Scott County.

 Very important district games this week. Kingston plays Fulton on Tuesday and Alcoa on Friday. Those two games should gives us some kind of ideal where Kingston is this year. Some people think they could finish second.  Fulton plays Scott County Friday  and AE on Saturday as well.

Not since Kyle Keeton will you get to see a Scott High freshman this good. Starting point guard. He is the one who hit the winning shot against AE.  A 35 foot jumper. Get a chance, go watch them. They are entertaining.

  Fulton takes care of business this week and goes 3-0 in the district. AE goes 0-1 with a 9 point loss to Fulton. Alcoa goes 1-0 with a win over Kingston. Scott County goes 0-1 this week with a lose to Fulton and Kingston goes 0-2 with loses to Fulton and Alcoa by 19 in both games. Kingston has improved from last year but still has some work to do. The big story is AE starting 0-2 in the district and Scott County beating them. That means that 2nd and 3rd place is anyones game.
