I remember this cat. He was ignorant. He always thought Sunbright was some type of dominant force that season. LMBO

I remember the post where he finally figured out that the other Sunbright posters were embarrassed of him, and he said that he wouldn't be back...kept his word!

traintrack/simple-track could best be described as “incompetent and over-confident” if that guy had been 1/10 as great as he thought he was he would have been equal parts Johnny Carson and Reggie White.

i take great solace and joy from the fact that I helped end his highschool football career.

all jokes aside, if anyone on here still knows and interacts with him do me a favor and spit on his shoes the next time you see him. tia

I remember that dude.  Wasn't he a Perry County guy?   No wonder he left. :)

He was a Perry County fan. I highly doubt he is.. That team was a one time splash in the bucket. They were lead by the great QB, Jacob Tucker.  He went on to play at UNA and is now on their coaching staff. He was truly a GREAT player. Once he was gone they returned to the dole drums.

I joined in 09. Still stick around a little bit, but the D2 boards are lame. I hardly ever go to Friendship games either, so I really don’t know anything about the team.

Im still mad Butchie gave me a warning one season when we were killing everyone we played and I was talking trash to any and everyone

05’.  Still kicking. Do more trash reading than trash typing.

    • Yea, they have Davey quaking in his boots. Someday they'll even have a winning season.
    • Guessing this may have been the closest I can think of...... Bill Harlow: (from wiki) After leaving OSU, Harlow went on to win three national titles in freestyle wrestling.  He won a silver medal at the 1970 World Wrestling Championships, falling to Soviet Gennady Strakhov in the finals at 90 kg.
    • The Simpson brothers had good freestyle careers.

    • Maybe some of the historians can get on here and help me out, but has anybody from Tennessee ever had as much success in an international style as Boykin? The only other Tennessee native I can remember competing for world team spots is the older Boykin in freestyle and he wasn't nearly as close as Nick has been to making world teams.
