Boone @ Knox Central Round 2

Bobcats win 49-7. Must give DB credit tho, they came out the first drive clicking on offense, caught us off guard with a couple plays we hadn’t seen on film. They played a great game, thankfully my Bobcats are just rolling right now. Must keep the momentum going.

Should be a good game going to relish this win against Tennessee High tonight then get out of this post and start a Crockett vs Central thread

Boone played a pretty good game despite the score.   Central is just that much better.    Central vs Crockett will be a barn burner for sure

Crockett defense held Tennessee High to 92 yards of offense. What kind of field at Central?

Nothing against Crockett, but I just see those Central kids being more dicsiolinrf because they’ve been in the program for years.  I think Crockett has the athletes to keep up, just execution.  Proud of the Blazers to make it back to round 2.

All Knox County schools now have field turf thanks to the Haslam Family. If I didn't have somewhere else to be, which I'm grateful is the case, I think I'd be at Dan Boring next Friday.

Additionally, it's a 1-sided facility at Central smack dab in the middle of a very neat Fountain City community.
