Not near as much as most like to think. 

 

The TC staff is pretty sharp. Baby Satt and Dyer have the D playing pretty dang good. It’s been fun watching the improvement throughout the year on the scheme adjustments and play of the kids. IMO #8 makes his biggest contribution on this side of the ball. Wag and DC have put together some good to great game plans all year. I think their biggest problem (and a good one to have) has been trying to figure out how to use all the weapons at their disposal (most TC has had in a long time) and get into a rhythm. They got it going now. 

I’m sure they pick up the phone and give Coach a call but the day to day stuff that outsiders like to think, ain’t happening.

Again Oakland has nothing to gain by playing TC and Coach Satt isn't the coach and I don't think TC wants to play a powerhouse 6A football team

I'm happy both teams are healthy and are at full strength. I don't understand why ch 30 didn't pick this game to be televised instead of Brentwood vs Ravenwood they should give the schools playing in smaller classification a chance to play on TV besides from having to play in Cookville to be on tv.

      HVA is a dump and will never be good at football. It's a baseball school. Look at the types of homes being built and families moving in. Not football families. People will move in and look at the school and choose to play for another program. This issue has been snow balling for a decade now

      You will not be able to replace Dozier he was a stud and wasted for years. Heyward started strong and then fell of but he will be missed still Rembert could fly and was also underused. Not being replaced. Track has started to close the gap with football. It does not help that the current AD is just stealing money(collecting his check) while the assistant AD is a XC/Track guy who always hated football. Current AD is too worried about not hurting anyone's feelings to do anything at all. Heck he is gotta be 70 plus and looks like a fool wearing kid shoes

      As I said somewhere earlier in the thread, the original plans had no outdoor athletic facilities being part of the campus.  The original plan was for HVA to use facilities at nearby schools.  Very late in the process they came up with a plan and found budget to have minimal facilities and crammed them in to space that never was intended for athletic facilities.
