Croppy,  you seem bummed about the whole thing. Everything ok? You have been very quiet so far this week. I know you are more about X and O than banter. Just been wondering where you have been. What I was saying about MTP AND MC is that I heard they didn't bring very many and that will not be the case this week.

Man it's been a long week. I'm a nervous wreck. Ready to play this game. Been to practice a couple times kids pretty upbeat and looking forward to playing a great ball team. I live for games like this one. Good luck to all you Bulldogs.

Did lose a few lineman from last year. Lost some size but probabaly a bit quicker this year. They have all been playing well as a group. I’m hoping they set the tempo Friday night. We know it’s gonna be a dog fight and the winner is gonna have to earn it. Looking forward to a great game. Your facilities look great and can’t wait to see it in person. I can understand why y’all so proud. Great team great fans and great facilities. I can say that I am just as proud of ours. We do have grass but I will say we do keep it in great shape. Also proud of our team and fans. 48 more hours. Wishing for a great game with both teams leaving it all out there and most importantly that nobody has any injuries. Wish the best for all the players.

Hope that tall nose tackle is gone.  He wore us out last year. Couldn't  block him.

Great post. Friday can’t get here quick enough. The turf is frozen tonight, but will be bright & shiny Friday night.

When we installed our turf I had a lot of questions about it. It looked real pretty but how was it to play on. I can say I've been impressed with it. Footing has been great in all conditions and we've had very few injuries on it so far knock on wood.

Huntingdon:

- gave up 42, FORTY- TWO to Waverly (Forrest gave up 32, Columbia Academy gave up 20, all in the 1st half)

- Gave up 19 to Moore co, MOORE CO, (C'Ville gave up 0, as in zip zilch nada, avg huntingdon IQ, # of teeth per mustang fam, etc)

Waverly was our 2nd game. Still trying to put it together. Huntingdon’s JV gave up 19 points to Moore co. It was 41-0 when the starters were pulled.

    • QUICK UPDATE -  First, I see a lot of wrestling names that I recognize on that GoFundMe.  THANK YOU so much for helping this family.   After the long surgery on Sunday morning to repair his neck, Jacob suffered a collapsed lung.  Sometimes this happens after long surgeries.  They had to put him on a ventilator to get his breathing back on track.  He came off the vent on Monday morning and they put a BIPAP on him to help control his breathing.  As of today, Thursday, the BIPAP came off and he is breathing well on his own.  He is working towards drinking a glass of water and hopefully eating some solid food at some point in the near future. Jacob can "feel" when someone touches his legs, but there is still no movement.  His parents are beginning to prepare for him to be moved to the Shepherd Center in the next few days.  He will be there in Atlanta for 30-45 days.  Im sure he will receive excellent treatment. Please continue to pray for healing for him and if you are so moved, please contribute to the gofundme link above to help in any way you can.  The go fund me is doing well, but this is going to be a very long road for these guys Im afraid.. Thanks again! Sells
