Greatone you prove my point for me! Those were not the best TCHS teams that you played! Looking at the two We had better looking starters, you obviously had more numbers! If talent was ther it would not have even been close! I really pull/support GHS, but dont have blinders either!

I beg to differ.  Out of all of the talented teams Trousdale Co has had that team that beat Gallatin was one of their best.  Not the best but definitely in the top ten.  Neither of those Gallatin teams would make the top 30 maybe not 40.  But there is talent that can be developed.  Also I would take Stewart who left Gallatin last year over any back currently playing in Summer.

We are obviously not going to agree! Talent level is not really that good in Sumner(except Beech), so you are probably right about talent in county. But you can't compete with schools you match up with in playoffs! You guys must have some TRUMP blood, because your always right! HA<HA  So who are the big name frontrunners? You 2 seem to have inside info! Please come watch us in Cookeville, you can see what"talent" looks like!

The talent is better in Sumner than Trousdale lol. Good luck in the 2A state title against Peabody though. Where are they from anyways?

I would hate to know how it felt going through my highschool career knowing I never got a shot to play the big boys.

I have no disdain for Trousdale Co.  I love the Creekbank atmosphere and the little town appeal.  I think y’all get the most out of your 30-40 players every year.  It is something to be proud of.  Most people I know and met from over there are really good about football knowledge.  I would hope that maybe a few more meetings might happen down the line.  The crowds are fantastic.

Would love to see it every year. A win-win situation for us! Unfortunately, I have no say in the matter! Shows, IMO the problem at GHS! You want to play us and that is not going to help you come playoff time! Reach out to play some good, big schools and that will help your program! With the athletes you say you have you should be able to hang with anyone!  Joslin, Lassiter and now Williams! None were sucessful if State is the Goal! 2 of those have good FB reputations, so moreso players than coaches! Hope to see you in Cookeville!

I never said regular season.  Jamboree is just fine.  Just shows your true intent for saying such, IMO.  I think our schedule speaks for itself.

Beech had 3 visible backs that were visible because of their scheme. Beech runs the I and the Wing T, which puts multiple running backs on the field at a time. That is why its seems that they have the better athletes. I however still feel that Gallatin has the overall better athletes as a team.
