Hope they become the program that I think they truly can be again. Let the coach come in and do the work to restore a great traditional power football program. I don't think it is missing much from being a force again, either.

No open positions right now at Gallatin so it might mean that the principal has to stay in house.  Also not being able to bring some assistant coaches could be a deterrent.  

How likely is the principal to create a position for a coach.

EXACTLY, what i been saying! MORE OF SAME! The good coaches know the problems at GHS, and few will take the jump with current Adm.    If 3 on committee are as i hear, Bad news for WAVE!
