Every fan I have talked to wish they would have played last night regardless of time.  I agree with it! Play the game!! Around 10:00 they had a storm move through and after that it was all clear...could have started around 11 or a little after. People would have rather stayed and got their moneys worth than to not get anything out of it! Several people didn't really have the money to go any way but found a way to go and now they didnt get to see a ball game and out the money!!

That is a pretty raw deal, those criticizing whose game went on as planned is bush league, fans of both teams last night have every right to be upset.....

Gallatin played a game against Collierville back in 2003 that was delayed for hours.  Due to the long drive for Collierville and the chances of rescheduling was almost nil, they opted to play the game after an all clear.  They started about 11:30 at night and it was a great atmosphere.  Collierville won that night and everyone was appreciative that is was played and not held over nor rescheduled.  It would have been late but I think because of the long drive, that would have been a much better option.

I just hope all efforts to stream this game isn't like they were on NFHS this past week. I watched the games on TV but I enjoy setting at my desk watching on the computer also but it never failed every game I watched the signal would get lost and there we have to go into the other room where the TV is. I cancelled that crap Friday Night because you can never plan on seeing a game. That company needs to get their act together and figure out all these bugs before charging people to watch something they can't deliver. They know the problem areas through enough broadcast to know if there will be problems or not. Just be honest and say the chances of this game coming through tonight will be the chances you'll find a plugin for your electrical devices in an outhouse so I can prepare to go to the game or not.

Of course they are waiving parking fees after they already got their money yesterday with no refund!! Dont know what Central's fans, band etc did but HC's fan bus and band had to come all the way back home with no plans of coming back. This is the WORST I have ever seen by the TSSAA!! On top of that now its not on tv for those who had to come back home!! Getting the RAW end of the deal any way you look at it!!!

What would you have liked them to do? Safety is the first priority. Some say start the game at 11 at night when players haven't had a meal in over 6 hours? Then having people on the road driving home at 2 or 3 in the morning. Is it the best solution in terms of convenienance? No, was it the right call for safety? Yes.

The TSSAA has now taken the free stream off the table.  If you want to watch it, you have to pay for the NHFS subscription.

Given the circumstances, this is a sham.  The TSSAA has once again proved that they aren't not about the kids, but about the dollars.  They should be ashamed of themselves.

Its the fact people spent hard earned money to ride the fan bus. People carried their kids on the fan bus and do you realize how many kids are heartbroken this morning because they can't see the game?? I wouldnt expect some people to understand this but its the truth. I have personally talked to several fans that was there and everyone said they wanted to stay no matter how long it took to get the game in. People that have money and are rich wouldnt understand this at all. People who are barely scraping by and spend what little extra money they had to watch the Patriots play in the State Championship game are flat out screwed and that's just not right and I do NOT agree with this outcome
