Anyword on Overton or Antioch?

Heard Gore is retiring . Any truth behind this Workin?

The principal does what he is told because he wants to remain the principal. Otherwise he would be back in his  classroom like the old days. Wasn't  that long ago.

 

Pelham faced the  same thing. Others have and will continue to until the city wises up and runs this joke of an admin out of town.

Broome's record at McGavock was just as subpar as Moore's at Warren County. If you are bringing up the  past add Moore's record at Brentwood Academy. Bet they even out. You can make stats say anything you want them to if you try hard enough. Bottom line is both won when they had players. Both lost when they didn't. It always works out that way. Well, unless you are Waite. Never seen more talent wasted.

Golden I have heard the same about Gore. No idea if it's true or not. Heard he really wanted LA and when they went a different direction he started making plans to get out all together. Again not sure if it's fire or just smoke.

Also golden I'm hearing two names for Overton. One is in building now and the other was at one time. 

For Antioch I know a coach is interviewing today that could get offered the job on the spot. He knows the area well and knows metro. Also heard a former bear is interested.

An old bear has been sniffing around. His cub is sniffing around his own cave. Neither should be considered although for different reasons.

 

If the current admin wants to hire people of similar backgrounds then Antioch hires  Pedro and Overton hires Achmed.

MM I have a gut feeling Overton goes with the cub and brings the papa with him. I think Antioch probably goes with someone that is currently out of metro. At least one interviewing today.

Will Overton and Antioch gonna be able to get rid of 2 year ban from TSSAA playoffs?  If they can find a way, or meet the TSSAA set guidelines to allow them back into the possibility of playoffs in 2019, that would weigh heavily into their hiring process I would think.

The cub should understand that if you have to  enter through the back door, you probably should not go in even when it was you who opened the door in the first place.

That would be a disaster. 

The best candidate for Overton is teaching there and coaching at a nearby school.
