That’s why I also think Hammond’s won’t be a good fit with spradlin being the defensive coordinator now, also even though I do think craney is very football smart, I think he is still too young.

There could definitely be a possibility of resentment there but Hammond's was the D Coordinator before Spradlen and took the Job at Gatlinburg Pittman when they told him he would get the head gig after Benny Hammonds retired and they hire Rang instead.  I get it though.

 

Jones is the Head Coach at Hardin Valley and has always been their coach since HVA opened.

There are 14 public high schools that play football in Knox County, which means that 14 head coaches and 28 coordinators are possible.  Don't thinks I gave anything away.

When Green2green said that 3 out of the 4 played at Greeneville with the other being on the coaching staff before you letting us know one is a Coach in Knoxville and the Other is a Coordinator.  There is only 1 head coach and 1 coordinator that coaches in Knoxville that played for Greeneville.  For people outside of Greeneville it wasn't a give away but to any true Greene Devil fan I knew exactly the 2 you were talking about

I’d be willing to bet they would lose less if they hire outside then if they did hiring the one guy that applied in house
