Could be solved if we go back to 5 classes I agree about the 5 classes. I wouldn't mind 4, to be honest.

Given how the state is growing as a whole, I can live with 5. I think you would see a dramatic shift in attendance when a 10-0,9-1 is no longer guaranteed for a lot of programs. 4 Would be nice but it'll be hard enough to convince TSSAA to go to 5 classes. Maybe go to 4 classes in every sport to offset the money lost. Not sure if that would work

BarneySox2007
Don't forget the new Duncan's Donut Shop opens tomorrow morning in Maryville. I expect Red Rebels to be there at 5 A.M. sharp.

With the growth in the school, Wouldn't surprise me if Alcoa was 3A in a 4 class system. But if TSSAA went to a 4 class system and it looked something like this: (1A) up to 350 students (2A) 351-750 (3A) 751-1150 (4A) 1151- and up. Alcoa would be in 2A right now but probably be at 3A in the next few years.

Except for the Alcoa game those three scrimmages are better than anything left on the schedule. Speaking of Alcoa I heard a few football players decided to stay with baseball only and not go back out for football. May not have started/played anyway with the talent there now! BarneySox2007
I scored a Touchdown this morning. I drove close to the curb and splashed the Donut Man and gave him a bath.
