What do we have coming back this season? I know we return a lot of skill position players and a lack of lineman, but do we have people coming up to fill the OL spots or are we going to have to rely on getting some kids to come out that haven't been playing?

We had lots of young talent on the sidelines and plenty of youth on the field. Everyone knows we have good assistants that develop our boys into men.

I am ready to see who transfers in to play for Coach Satt.

Official News: Paul Pitts has been hired to be the OC for the Trousdale County Yellow Jackets. Pitts comes to TC after being OC at Cumberland University.

Are you joking? That Dr coach Clint is letting his son that other Satterfield man hire a college coach? What kind of mess is this? Why would a coach leave a college to be a assistant coach in high school? Im not falling for your mess tc radio man.  You think im joking but im not.

Lol well ya see Roy, that dr coach Clint’s son is purdy good at that defense thang and he needed someone to use all that ammo those jackets have on offense so he hired this here Pitts man, and this Pitts man didn’t like things at Cumberland so he wanted to coach big boy football, you think I’m joking but I ain’t.

So is the former OC still going to help coach the team?

No idea, would not surprise me either way. DC is getting to the point he may just want to enjoy his childrens childhood.

Oh I know I wouldn't blame him if that was his decision. That would be my decision if I was him.

    • I lived through the Hammontree era with my sons. His 10 year tenure at Heritage was way too long. That is the most hard headed, egotistical man I have ever met. He ridiculed players and degraded repeatedly. He ran off some good young coaches that loved Heritage but couldn’t work for him. I do know what I’m talking about and it’s not hearsay, I lived it.
    • HVA is a dump and will never be good at football. It's a baseball school. Look at the types of homes being built and families moving in. Not football families. People will move in and look at the school and choose to play for another program. This issue has been snow balling for a decade now
    • Also no shot at an indoor facility it took ya'll almost a decade just to turf blankenship
    • You will not be able to replace Dozier he was a stud and wasted for years. Heyward started strong and then fell of but he will be missed still Rembert could fly and was also underused. Not being replaced. Track has started to close the gap with football. It does not help that the current AD is just stealing money(collecting his check) while the assistant AD is a XC/Track guy who always hated football. Current AD is too worried about not hurting anyone's feelings to do anything at all. Heck he is gotta be 70 plus and looks like a fool wearing kid shoes
