Great opportunity for some tough training over the break

Coach Holland, 

I will be running an intensive style clinic at heritage high school the 28th and 29th.

The cost will be $20 for one day and $30 for both. 

Each day will have two sessions 10-12 and 1-3    

First session of both days will be technique mixed with hard drilling 

Second sessions will be review and live matches 

grade level will be 6th-12th 

I will provide lunch both days (most likely will be subway) 

I know some schools are wrestling this weekend and there are a few youth tournaments going on but if your not going to be at a tournament  this will be a great opportunity to get some good fundamental and intense training.
