It appears that Bradley County & Cleveland HS have a situation of Institutional Lack of Control when it come to having the means to manage that BB program & its roster

Did something happen with the Bradley Central team, or are you referring to Bradley County because it’s the county where Cleveland High School is located? 

(Cleveland City School system is separate from the Bradley County School system).

Booger should have excluded the County in the shot a t Cleveland....had forgot Cleveland wernt bout to let Bradley County put its hands or say so over its educatin system .....so apologetics r in order to you non  Raider peoples
