Macon played stone one time and Clarkrange one time. 1-1.  Upperman played Cheatham twice. 1-1. Other than that, who else have  they played besides each other that is a quality team?

Not sure if some of the other district teams their beating by 15 wouldn’t give cc a close game

Dekalb was 1-1 vs Sparta.

Cchs beat York by 34 and 40

It’s a small district so you’re talking about only 8 district games for Cumberland out of around 25 to 28. 

Macon and Upperman did advance last year but it was 2-2 in the first round of the region.

Next year the district will be much more competitive.

The teams they played in Arizona were great competition and quality teams!

And what does that have to do with miss basketball?  Dishman has almost 800 points, 3/4 of those against non district teams, most of those teams ranked. There are only 2 players I’ve seen this year in AA who come close to her talent, and neither is in district 8. If you have somebody to promote, throw out their numbers and compare. if not, stop trying to bash a player that is deserving of the honor.

You asked about the quality teams they have played. I simply pointed out they, meaning Upperman and Macon played quality teams in Arizona.  I didn’t bash anyone.   Reagan Hurst, Keely Carter, and Brooklyn Crouch are 3 players in 8AA that are Miss Basketball worthy.

Courtney Whitson for Tennessee AAA Miss Basketball. Only 16 points away from becoming the all time leading scorer, boys and girls, at historic Dobyns-Bennett high school, she has 2218 points. Whitson is averaging 24.9 poaints per game and 10.1 rebounds. She’s the only player to ever become a member of the 1000 point / 1000 rebound club, much less the 2000/1000 club. Leading AAA Girls Basketball with 13 double doubles this season, Courtney has amassed 75 career double doubles at DB. If you get a chance to go watch her play it’s worth your time. She’s a tough competitor and just as big in character. Nominate and vote for Courtney Whitson 2019 Tennessee AAA Miss Basketball

Yes, I’ve seen them all play,  I stand by my statement. Throw out some numbers and let’s compare.  If upperman wanted tough competition, why did they opt out of the top bracket at winterfest in sevierville?

I’m not the coach.  I can’t answer that.  I forgot that somehow you know every basketball player around here and none of them compare to Dishman.  Just curious how will the Jets be next year??? Are you still banned from the games???
