South Side beat Lexington last night 10-5.  It will be hard for anyone to beat South Side when they put up runs like that on a team like Lexington.

After hearing about the player with 19 homeruns from Macon county I thought they would for sure make a showing at the state championship but I didn't see them listed. But congrats to that kind of a season for her!

As I have been saying Lexington and South Side are legit.  Sequatchie Co.  must be a solid team to play that close to Lexington.  South Side however beat Marion Co.  12-0.  Let's see how day 2 plays out.

Sequatchie 7-0 over Alcoa. Turner for Sequatchie had 18 strikeouts and 312 or so for the year

Sequatchie County would have hit they would have wiped the floor with Lexington and we did wipe the floor with Jackson South side to put them out, the Sequatchie will be back next year and returning every starter with exception of one
