Still another sour grapes comment. As I said Before had y’all beat TCA at least once in the finals you would have never said those comments.  Now another sour grapes comment now that y’all are done. But hey look at it like this. Maybe baseball will be like your football team. Y’all can say you at least beat the state champion this year during the regular season.

The whole fan base other than TCA got tired of watching him contesting umpires after every play or two. For the record, I know and go to work outs with some of the TCA basketball players and know their coach and I will root for them when they don't play us. But the arrogance and the non-caring and giggly attitudes of your "baseball world" after the close line of one of our best players who got knocked out for 20 minutes and was lost the rest of the post season really showed it's true colors.

Man I have No kid on the baseball team but I support TCA sports. I was Not at that game but I was Told that the throw took our kid out of position who by the way is a freshman and there was a collision. Our fan base was concerned. I feel that with you guys despise privates so bad that everything is turned up notch with your fan base. I have Seen it in football many times over the years. If people were giggly then I apologize for that. But people were concerned. But the arrogant attitude you referenced comes from winning. They made to state semi last year and are set this year. But GC should no that arrogance get get you beat. Just like football GC beat Peabody and got arrogant. Still say it is sour grapes. Didn’t here this talk in girls basketball. Oh that’s right y’all won.

Actually it isn't sour grapes. We got beat last night and got put out and it just happens. The kid on TCA that was involved in the collision actually got into it on another incident after our guy got taken to the hospital. He obviously got tagged out and he obviously thought he got tagged too hard. So it is was it is. Tempers flared with fans as well. I myself would have been very concerned if it would have been a TCA player or any player regardless of the outcome of the game. But for the record again, I for one think a lot of TCA people. I have the girls coaches personal cell number and have talked to him on several occasions and he is a class act. I know that our players and your players a couple are very close and root for each other when we are not playing each other and will probably work out together today. I hate what happend happend in baseball. I was at the park the whole time after the incident and I didn't see a lot of love lost. But I do appreciate your apology and wish you the best for your team and thanks to the one's that were concerned because we are very thankful because the kid and his parents and family are class acts and it could have been worse.  Very sad for the kid that he didn't get to finish the season and his HS career ended the way it did.

      QUICK UPDATE -  First, I see a lot of wrestling names that I recognize on that GoFundMe.  THANK YOU so much for helping this family.   After the long surgery on Sunday morning to repair his neck, Jacob suffered a collapsed lung.  Sometimes this happens after long surgeries.  They had to put him on a ventilator to get his breathing back on track.  He came off the vent on Monday morning and they put a BIPAP on him to help control his breathing.  As of today, Thursday, the BIPAP came off and he is breathing well on his own.  He is working towards drinking a glass of water and hopefully eating some solid food at some point in the near future. Jacob can "feel" when someone touches his legs, but there is still no movement.  His parents are beginning to prepare for him to be moved to the Shepherd Center in the next few days.  He will be there in Atlanta for 30-45 days.  Im sure he will receive excellent treatment. Please continue to pray for healing for him and if you are so moved, please contribute to the gofundme link above to help in any way you can.  The go fund me is doing well, but this is going to be a very long road for these guys Im afraid..
