Fayette Academy is seeking a full-time faculty head varsity boys basketball coach for the 2019-2020 school year. All certifications are welcome to apply. Please include with your cover letter and resume, a copy of your transcripts, all certifications, and prior teaching experience. Please send all your information to Shane Russell, Athletic Director: [email protected].   Deadline for applicants is March 20, 2019.
Gleason High School is currently accepting applications for the position of Head Boys Basketball Coach. Multiple certifications will be considered, with specific consideration given to endorsements in 6-12 History, K-12 Physical Education, and 6-12 English. Additional coaching duties may also include a role with the Junior High Boys Basketball program, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Applicants may send a cover letter and resume to Principal, Lee Lawrence: [email protected].
Overton High School is seeking a Head Boys' Basketball Coach. Please send a resume to Dr. Rginald R. Williams, Sr., Principal: [email protected] The deadline to submit a cover letter and resume is March 8, 2019. The candidate chosen would be employed at the school during regular hours. Preference will be given to professionally certified teachers.
Perry County High School is seeking a Head Boys' Basketball Coach. Teaching duties will be assigned as well. Please submit your Tennessee teaching License with your e-mail so they may look for an available teaching position for you. Submit your application to Mr. Eric Lomax: [email protected] or Mr. Michael Rhodes: [email protected]. Please include a resume with your e-mail, along with your past teaching/coaching responsibilities.
Tullahoma High School is receiving applications for Head Boys' Basketball Coach. They have no vacant teaching positions in physical education, social studies, or science at this time. They will receive applications through March 20, 2019, or until the position is filled.  If you are interested, please send your resume to Athletic Director, Jim Olive: [email protected].

Didnt Tullahoma just get a new coach 2 years ago? What is up down there? 

You would think that would be a stable job...good community etc.

Anyone in that area care to comment? I don't know that area well.

From what I have seen, they don't really care too much about basketball anyways. The pecking order in Tullahoma seems to be baseball and football tied, and everyone else is last, especially basketball.

Track is ahead of basketball.

They must have some feelings, Tullahoma has one of the highest paid coaching supplements in the state

  Out of respect for everyone involved, I can’t really disclose that right now. With a new school, great facilities, above average pay and great fan support, we should be able to hire a good coach. I will say this, that most people will be shocked if we get the coach we want. Of course, that usually doesn’t happen but we shall see.
