Friend, I wouldn't put a whole lot of stock in any assessment that joker has to give. He predicted UH losing to the 10 win #4 seed from district 2 because "they just might be a better team than UH."

On a serious note, if a shooting team with no experience in the Murphy Center comes up against a larger team in the first round, I'll always pick the big boys. Shots just do not fall for inexperienced gaurds in that building.

This just shows the difference in caliber in basketball on the ends of the state. It's a whole different show out west. Columbia, Humboldt, and Fayetteville would destroy any AAA school in the NE corner of the state.

Then you would've been blown away watching the 1A Memphis Mitchell teams of 2013 thru 15/16. They did handle the AAA teams

Thats an ignorant comment.  I can guarantee you they wouldn't destroy DB who got put out by Bearden in the sectionals by 6.  When did Columbia and Fayetteville become west Tn?

I said out west. Anything west of the tri-city region. If you don't think Humboldt or Columbia academy would easily handle DB or Science Hill then you should leave the house some more. DB got put out out by Sevier County and they in turn got humiliated by Whitehaven. I've lived half my life at one end of the state and the other half on the other end and I can tell you from a talent standpoint it's not even close. Take away the 90s Science Hill teams and what have you got? What about the last time DB played Clarksville in Murfreesboro. If I remember right I think they set the record for largest margin of defeat. These single A schools in middle and west to play these AAA schools from Jackson and Memphis in camps and tournaments and hold their own.

I did watch them. I was thinking they actually beat Melrose a couple of times during that time. They were fun to watch.

Please refer to your first comment.  You stated the ends of the State which would be NE TN and  NW or SW Tennessee which is not middle.  I've never heard middle tn referred being out west in NE TN.  Out west in NE tn is West TN. (Thats like me saying i'm going to take a vacation out west and then go to Gatlinburg since its west of the tri-cities)  DB did not get put out by Sevier Co (yes they lost to them) but got put out by Bearden at Bearden by 6 like I stated earlier in the substate.  I'm guessing you think Columbia, Fayetteville, and Humbolt would destroy Bearden too....
