I would have agreed with putting SP ahead of Greenback... Pre Transfers..  I have thought for two years that SP would clearly have the best team in the east for 2019. However, with all the new pieces for Greenback continuing to fall in their lap... I can’t say that anymore.

Oh I haven't heard of that, I had only heard of the speed the Pirates have coming up. Greenback for several years now has been a mainstay, so imo the top 3 are all interchangeable. Maybe even top 4 with Lake County continuing to improve every year. Lots of good ball being played in 1A

We all know what Greenback will bring to the table. We were thinking we would get a year or two break though. However, HS football is turning into free agency and keeping teams in the fold year after year.

Theres not anything free if its done right!Big Yacht company moving in down in Vonore from the Washington area bringing their workers with them.They have to have somewhere to go??Loudon County is one of the nicest places in this area thats not over grown as of yet.

Must be nice.Was hoping LC would have gotten the boat factory that was supposedely coming,but a mess up with them and count officials changed things and it went to Union City.Sure like to maybe moved some families in from Obion Co or Dyer. Co.Combine LC and Dyersburg like other schools seem to do,and be a state championship caliber team every year.But LC plays what is in their county.Hardly ever anyone move in or transfer.Would think LC would get more Fulton Co,Ky kids since only about 18 miles away and Fulton Co doesn't have a good team hardly ever.Or Fulton City.Maybe they go to Union City

Not enough houses in Greenback. Farmers are not willing to sell any land and I am fine with that. I dont think that the school is capable of taking to many more kids with its current capacity. Unless of course they play football!
