I think they will only have 1 senior who came off the bench this year. So the upcoming junior and sophomore class has only lost 4-5 games combined so far in their Bearden careers. Which half were to Catholic when Akeem Aduspie played JV because of transferring. All losses came in 1 possession games.

If memory serves me correct, Bearden did have Tyler Nordin (who transferred into Bearden) playing as well as a couple of juniors and some of their varsity players. If anyone knows Coach Hutchens he doesn’t play juniors on JV and the only guys still playing for Catholic are Akeem Odusipe and Sam Sompayrac. Those jv games were down to the wire and Bearden has some good young talent returning and should compete. Bearden and Maryville will be the top two teams in 4AAA next year. Maryville probably has the edge with Anderson and Cornollio returning. It seems like everyone in the district had a lot of seniors on their team. HVA and West had some talented freshman teams. Might as well play them as sophomores. Edited March 20, 2019 by QSouth89
