Seymour Searching for a Head Coach, Again!

Problems started way before all the coaching changes. Huge lack of direction and leadership in Seymour. Been that way for about a decade now.

Can you elaborate on what you mean? Which leadership is lacking?

This really surprised me. I thought Galyon was in it for the long haul.

From what I have been told, there were just too many off the field administrative type duties that caught Scott by surprise.  It was a time thing with him according to the people I trust.  

It's also been communicated to me that Seymour is a different community than it used to be.  It used to have much more of a "small town" kind of feel, and again from what I am told it has pretty much become a Knoxville suburb.

I was up that way back at Christmas. Found it interesting that a very very small part of Seymour is actually in Blount Co.

Yep. There is a Blount County School right near Seymour.

If memory serves me right wasn't Galyon apart of the past coaching staff for a year before he got the Seymour position. Kind of curious what kind of extra jobs he was pushed into doing.
