BenAround Posted April 29, 2019 Report Share Posted April 29, 2019 The NWCA is excited to announce that we are launching a new Scholastic Girls Coach of the Year Awards program for each of the seventeen states that are sponsoring a championship, an invitational, or a pilot program. (States: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington) In this inaugural year we will not have sectional winners. The state winners will be finalist for the National Coach of the Year. For Tennessee, the winners are Kayla Sharp-Estep, Northwest High School (Head Coach of the Year) Brad Warren, Rossview High School (Assistant Coach of the Year) Congrats to these two!
