As for summer ball and team camps... a number of big time teams are going to be at the BCAT Hoopfest Team Camp June 21st & 22nd. 

I know Columbia Academy, Memphis Houston, Memphis Central, etc... have been added to the early list that was posted here: http://bcathoops.com/bcat-hoopfest-team-camp/

Who is Memphis Houston? Houston High School is in Germantown. Not even the same school system as Memphis schools.

Probably a typo since they are in the Memphis area, but doesn’t matter. This will be the best event in a long time for HS boy’s  basketball in Tennessee. Live recruiting for that weekend for D-1,2, and 3. Absolutely loaded with prospects!

Houston should be pretty good next year. Mike Miller's son will be a junior and I've heard rumors that the Applewhite kid (ESPN top 60) from Lausanne is going to play at Houston this coming season. 

However, sitting on Wolf River Blvd Houston High School ain't Memphis.

2 surprise teams from West Tennessee that I'm looking forward to seeing and I think both are gonna shock everyone. Madison Academic and Bolivar.

Knoxville Webb Team Camp;  I didn't get to see Webb play but supposedly they dominated each team they faced.  The few teams I did get to see, I was very impressed with South Doyle and Fulton (Can't believe I'm saying that) haha !  South Doyle have some pretty nice guards and one I want to say is a combo guard who can jump out the gym.  He had 3 unreal dunks against Knoxville West on Saturday afternoon.  If they can stay healthy, I'll say they'll make some noise this season.   Fulton, I thought for sure they would be down this year but you know when you mention Fulton you gotta know their defense is what they live by.  They smothered poor ol' Stone Memorial on Friday night and Stone couldn't handle the pressure from the smaller Falcons team.  I'll say Fulton will be good but its really going to take a coaching job from Jody to get the Falcons back in the Boro

 Turtle what’s up, we all know Fulton will be Fulton. Jody is a great coach and Edward Lacy has to be considered the preseason player of the year in the district. Having said all of that, I do believe by the end of the year Alcoa will be the best team in the district come January. We might struggle until we get all of our players from football. We have 6 football players that will play this year. Looks like 3 starters and 3 good players to come off the bench. We haven’t had half our team during the Maryville College camp but I do see some reason for optimism. The new coach is going to make a big big difference.
