Stone is 4-0 over Maryville, Goodpasture, Riverdale, and East Ham. All in convincing fashion. Time to give credit where credit is due.

Most people in this thread all picked Stone as #1 in 6AAA.  And that is for sure an impressive list.  Also I don't think that comment was a slight towards Stone.   More to question the EH team than anything.  And is Indian is right.  They have the top or one of the top players in the state on that team and they really haven't done anything the last two years.

Rhea County, Where are you ? Flyin under the radar,I like it my spoiler team, keep workin! Going to humble some 6aaa teams ,ain't that right Lady Cav?lol

They really haven’t played anyone yet.  Hard to tell.  But they will always be dangerous with Hampton.    After looking at the schedule it looks like they won’t play anyone until a possible matchup with Macon County or White County in the Sonic shootout. But we all know that @repoman  gonna be wearing a Cavs shirt by the end of the season.   :roflolk:

Congrats to White County on their win at the buzzer.  Thought Refs let the girls play a little rough tonight.  Coffee may have been out of timeouts.  Two youngsters for Coffee grew up a lot tonight and played big.  Vinson getting back to close to full strength.   Coffee only going to get better as year goes on.  Probably same can be said about White also.  Hope there is a third game in February or March.

    • HVA is a dump and will never be good at football. It's a baseball school. Look at the types of homes being built and families moving in. Not football families. People will move in and look at the school and choose to play for another program. This issue has been snow balling for a decade now
    • Also no shot at an indoor facility it took ya'll almost a decade just to turf blankenship
    • You will not be able to replace Dozier he was a stud and wasted for years. Heyward started strong and then fell of but he will be missed still Rembert could fly and was also underused. Not being replaced. Track has started to close the gap with football. It does not help that the current AD is just stealing money(collecting his check) while the assistant AD is a XC/Track guy who always hated football. Current AD is too worried about not hurting anyone's feelings to do anything at all. Heck he is gotta be 70 plus and looks like a fool wearing kid shoes
    • Will Trez remain 2A after the influx of another 2A school?
    • As I said somewhere earlier in the thread, the original plans had no outdoor athletic facilities being part of the campus.  The original plan was for HVA to use facilities at nearby schools.  Very late in the process they came up with a plan and found budget to have minimal facilities and crammed them in to space that never was intended for athletic facilities.
