The National Wrestling Coaches Association is coming back to Tennessee. The Leadership Academy will be at Wilson Central High School, September 20th. We want you and your coaching staff to join us to help grow wrestling. This Leadership Academy is a modified version of the college coaches Leadership Academy we have at the NWCA Convention each year. We are not doing this to teach coaches how to teach technique. We have experienced a decrease of high school wrestling by 30,000 over the last 7 years. Come join us as we reverse the trend.

 

 When you register you will then receive an email with access to the online modules to prepare for the Leadership Academy. When you complete the modules and the onsite workshop you will receive a certificate of completion showing you have completed 13 hours of professional development.

 

This is open to all high school and middle school coaches. Let me know if you have any questions!
