That game was so long and drawn out last night we could of had a 6th down and most people wouldn't have caught on. That thing ended pretty close to 10.30 last night. That game should of been a Mercy Rule contest had not been for the four turnovers and missed extra point that one time. We need to cleanup the gift giving this week in practice, a lot of teams we play will take those to the bank and cash them in.

The New Word of the Day at Maryville Last Night was Body Wash.

Friday Night after we got ahead 21-0 we sort of got sloppy and lazy but I have to give a lot of credit to the defense for coming through especially when the offense gave the ball over four different times. I seen a lot of good plays and to many to mention but the one that sticks out to me was the catch Sloan made while coming down and keeping a foot inside the sidelines.

Yes I saw a picture of it on Facebook this morning. Brody is a playmaker!  I think it’s hilarious  that the Bearden student section made fun of him for being a competitive cheerleader. Cheerleading will pay for his college education if he chooses to go that route instead of football.
