Tried uploading cover photo and had no issues whatsoever, however uploading a profile is proving to be extremely difficult. I keep getting this recurring message whether uploading on desktop or mobile device. Any tips?

 

To be clear, I have the ability to select the image I prefer, but when I click save/continue I get this attached message.
