Olive Branch is 1-2 on the season with a win over last year's TN 4A state champ. Germantown is 1-3 with a blowout win over KIPP. Who wins this one?

I don't mean any disrespect, but OB's, win was over last year's TN 4A runner-up (Haywood), not over last year's 4A champ (Greeneville).  I think OB will win by at least 2 touchdowns.

Germantown is a tough gig, with a lack of administrative support. Even if he is a good x and o coach, it would be a hard first job. They have a lot of daddy interference, and other fan issues which make it difficult. It took a while, but the previous coach learned to navigate all that and be highly successful. It just finally wore the staff down having to compete with themselves on  a daily basis before playing against a brutal schedule. I think it is now clear to see how good a job he did there. Germantown still has excellent players, but may not win but three games this year. This coach has people playing out of position, for example their all-region center is now a d lineman and bad snaps cost them the Cordova game. Their twitter account claims they upgraded coaches (from a guy that went 23-2 last two years?). Real issues there.

It's apparent there are issues. The pressure in one of these jobs is emmense. It's not for everyone.
