What’s the scouting report on McKenzie. Looks like they have had an up and down year so far.

It just depends on which team shows up.  We played with Huntingdon for the 1st quarter.  Our defense controlled West Carroll.  Peabody...enough said.  Halls...enough said.  Stewart County.....well, we couldn't get out of our way and just didn't play smart football in all phases.  Take nothing away for SC.  They played a solid game and took advantage of our mistakes.

We have, at times, anywhere from 4 to 5 freshman starting on offense and defense.  If our running backs can get to the second level, they are hard to catch.  2 freshman and a first year playing senior running back.  If Jarrett has time to set up and throw, he is accurate.

Really don't know much about Gibson County.  I see they have put up a lot of points in their wins.

I know McKenzie has a good young back that could cause GC some problems. McKenzie also has a qb who can throw it around. McKenzie seems to be suspect on defense. Gibson County should be able to control both lines of scrimmage. This is a game Gibson County cannot overlook.

We have two freshman that will be dangerous once they learn it isn't middle school anymore.

#1 Kaleb Johnson - DE - senior

#30 Jake Patterson - LB/RB - senior

#2 Adam Smithson - QB - senior

#3 Colton Lumpkin - WR/DB - freshman

#14 Will Cantrell - WR - senior

We will be without 2 starters this one... one due to suspension from last weeks game and another due to collapsed lung from last weeks game.
