I just knew that our region hosted all 4 rounds last year.

Region 3 rarely can host every round.  It worked out that way last year because we (SP) came out of the lower bracket and Whitwell got to host the quarterfinals by virtue of having finished higher in our region

There are only 4 Regions that can actually host throughout the playoffs without there being an upset in the brackets 

Region 1 winner hosts odd year for quarters and semifinals. 

Region 4 winner hosts even year for quarters and semifinals. 

Region 5 winner hosts odd year for quarters and semifinals. 

Region 8 winner hosts even year for quarters and semifinals.
