Pure rumor mill at this point,

Most consistent name I've heard is Justin Cunningham,

I'd say 2-3 of the current staff will also apply for the job.

Everyone is commenting like there is an open position? Is the position definitely open?

If FC gets rid of Mac Daddy then it proves it's a death trap! Mac has never had a losing season as a HC in 31 has a head coach until this year.  FC needs to stick with a coach like they did with Coach Carr, that's the only time the program was stable in the last 15 years!

Sticking with a coach would mean you support continuity? Same here, I also believe continuity is a key element needed to have sustained success at the high school level. Judging by your comment, so do you.

Well I'm just gonna say this, FC has had the absolute least amount of continuity since Mac has been the head coach in the last two decades at FC, supplanted by maybe only the Lee Adkins era, which still featured several familiar faces at the assistant coaching level.

How many years did Carr change OC & DC? Or change completely change the offensive and defensive scheme? Never, meanwhile Ole Macster has every season he's been at FC.
