Nope, wrong again there Uno, Meigs and Loudon beat GB. Us and the rest of the mediocre crew did not. You wont know which category youre in until you play them. Then we shall see how your Marion County

If we were 6-0 right now i seriously don't think our team would be where they are RIGHT NOW.Sounds stupid to you but i am EXTREMELY happy with this team right now.Adversity builds character and boy did we need it-Players-Fans-Coaches!The way this team has grown over the past 7 weeks i can honestly say i have never seen it before here.In my opinion in the "polls: right now undefeated teams SHOULD be ranked higher they deserve it RIGHT NOW.But i assure you we are the team everyone is looking at going I HOPE THEY GET PUT OUT BEFORE WE HAVE TO PLAY THEM!Whether you are honest or not.Defense is just plain hard nosed,line play has improved EVERY week and that darn passing game gets better every week also.We have a slew of WRs not just one,the one is one of a kind that makes all the others better not to mention we can run it too:thumb:.Not many teams can prepare for the way we play offense.It will take a team like SP to knock us off just because of all the ATHLETES and depth you have but it wont be easy!

I can get behind this. Cornersville is on a similar path when you talk of adversity building character between the players, fans, and coaches. It makes you take a step back and analyze the situation. Before anyone thinks I am comparing Cornersville to GB, I am not. I am only comparing the start to the season. Yes, Cornersville's two losses are to far more inferior opponents that the teams GB lost to, but the path is what I am alluding to. Big, productive, successful senior classes graduating, losing the first two games of the season, new guys having to learn how to play together, so on and so forth.

If that be the case then go ahead and lose a few more.  Wouldn't bother me any in the least.

They're better now than week 4. This greenback has the ability of being one of if not the best overall team they've ever had.

I just have y'all there based on what I've saw film wise. I think Carnes is better than Hanley was. Willis is a stud receiver along with the other three. SP has had the injury bug bite throughout the year so that's why I put us at 4 for now.

      HVA is a dump and will never be good at football. It's a baseball school. Look at the types of homes being built and families moving in. Not football families. People will move in and look at the school and choose to play for another program. This issue has been snow balling for a decade now

      You will not be able to replace Dozier he was a stud and wasted for years. Heyward started strong and then fell of but he will be missed still Rembert could fly and was also underused. Not being replaced. Track has started to close the gap with football. It does not help that the current AD is just stealing money(collecting his check) while the assistant AD is a XC/Track guy who always hated football. Current AD is too worried about not hurting anyone's feelings to do anything at all. Heck he is gotta be 70 plus and looks like a fool wearing kid shoes

      As I said somewhere earlier in the thread, the original plans had no outdoor athletic facilities being part of the campus.  The original plan was for HVA to use facilities at nearby schools.  Very late in the process they came up with a plan and found budget to have minimal facilities and crammed them in to space that never was intended for athletic facilities.
