McMinn County @ Notre Dame

The Undefeated 6A Cherokees of McMinn County roll into Vermont Ave on Friday to play a very damaged Irish Squad in this new matchup. Not a good time for this one to be on the schedule. Do MC bring their whole team.

Booger, it just so happens that we scrimmaged MC the week before the Irish back in August. We shut them down but it seems they have improved. Sorry to hear about your issues but you never know how the kids will respond. 

Good luck against the Cherokees!! We will need the same against Baylor. Just pray that all are healthy afterwards!!

even more tuff sleddin.....lost our all state LB/RB to add to the other 6 starters gone Friday night.....possibly also out for the rest of the season....when you have only 30 players.....losin those kinda numbers just want work in this division.....not sure how good we were prior to the early season losses....but this has put ND back in to the pre Fant era Irish FB as far as W&Ls go.....

....your Rams will B fine against Spartys newly found Red Raiders.....Booger always been bout playin those type of game.....only thing TRF has to worry bout is them Baylor scouts yankin a player or 2 over to their Suk Creek Campus

I always hate to hear about or see players get injured regardless what team it is. Hate to hear about your rash of injuries. Hopefully he is back on the field quickly. 

This game has worried us (McMinn) since it was announced, like TynerRam said, you never know how kids will respond. McMinn sleepwalked through the first half against Heritage last Friday. Coaches experimented with some different coverages and personnel but got back to business in the second half. McMinn is a little banged up also and no where near 100% especially in the backfield.

Hoping for a good clean injury free game Friday.

was real excited to play this game when it got scheduled....cause always like playin those bigger schools outta region....think it makes for good growth and competition.....but not so excited anymore.....MCMin will get to play gainst a bunch of small and freshman players friday

Hang in there, bud. I know it's a tough year for the Irish, but you guys are coming off a great run. It'll be back as fast as it went away.
