Congratulations to the Tigers. Excellent way for the team to respond after a tough loss.  They played a formidable opponent in Oneida, on the road, for the Region championship. This shows the character of the Meigs team, especially with some starters out.

Thanks, who ever plays Oneida in the playoffs is gonna hate it. Their defense is great.

We had to earn it. Very disciplined Oneida team. They have a great weapon in their kicker and punter. We had the whole field to go every drive about.

It was a very good game. Short of a few plays it was pretty tight but that's what athletes do, they make plays. Nobody can keep true next level talent contained all night, it'll get loose eventually. We had a great defensive game plan against superior talent AGAIN. But you simply will not beat good teams without touchdowns. Asking any defense to hold a team to under 7 points, our top offensive production in our 3 losses to date, is unrealistic at best. Meigs is a very good team, just glad we were able to give them a useful sparring match.
