Kirby at Munford

8-5A is a kooky region. Does Kirby win this or does this region get even more strange?

Another interesting 5A game.  I do not think Kirby is near as good as their record.

I got Kirby in this one. Still 5 shutouts is impressive even if most was against bad teams. They have only allowed 23 points all year! Dont know how they are going to do in a few weeks when they come to HC.  At least chances are that's what's going to happen.

Only decent team they have played they lost to.  I think I will take Munford in this one.

This is true! I believe in the end their strength of schedule will doom them!

Kirby and Southwind is somewhat of a rivalry game and Slocum seems to coach well against Flowers... The advantages that Southwind has Munford doesn't, I assume. Kirby will likely roll.

You know the situation more than myself, I just see a tremendously weak schedule and the best team they have played shut them down.   I do not think Kirby would have that record in almost any other region, definitely not the shutouts.

You are right. Just based on our schedule I think Kirby would have lost to Haywood, Beech and Brentwood.

Yet they stayed within a point of Southwind.  They also beat a Ridgeway team in overtime last week.  I don’t know but I still am going with Munford.
