No way Meigs should have fallen in my opinion. Just put SP between them and Peabody

I still don’t understand how Peabody isn’t unanimous #1. Especially after Meigs loss now

Correct me if I’m wrong but does it not show that South Greene received 2 first place votes?

Peabody received 17 of the 19 first place votes which equals 170 total points.  

They accumulated 186 points , so the other 16 points came from either a 2nd place vote (9 points) and a 4th place vote (7 points) or two 3rd place votes (8 & 8).

Upper East Tenn sports writers,Cloudland used to get first place votes every year they were undefeated and had one of the weakest schedules in 1A and lost in 2nd round.

I just don't see anyone playing 4 quarters with Peabody. I've been wrong before, I'll be wrong again but this ain't one of those times.

I disagree we havent had to play into the 2nd half, I am very worried our boys might get hit in the mouth come playoffs and can only hope they react !!!! Dont get me wrong we have 4 A depth on a 2A squad and we will again next year but any given game can be a let down....
