However, give me all of those as opposed to wind any day. Sure they do. Equally on both team.
blazer1set
This Friday (Nov 8) it will be cold, no rain and very little wind for all games east of Knoxville. Who will use weather as an excuse this week?

Before you know it we will have players wearing skirts cause they "identify" as cheerleaders. I'm from Illinois.Funny to see cheerleaders shivering in 60 degree weather.Up in Illinois skirts are worn way below 60.Also don't postpone games due to rain like happen a lot here. And games cancelled or not finished because of lightning must be completed or both schools get fined & not allowed in playoffs

Weather (rain/wind) absolutely gives a predominately running team an advantage.

But spread option team that relies on getting the ball outside the tackles, making a cut, and going - not so much.
WoodlawnFalcons
Im not talking about power versus spread running. Im talking about a predominately run team against a predominately passing team. That has been the point this whole time. Easy to understand. Weather will affect the outcome of a game and give 1 team an advantage!!

I guess that is how Crockett was able to pass for 350+ yards against us a couple of weeks ago in the rain?!?

It's Daniel Boone... Y'all aren't slowing down any team with a decent passing game, no matter the weather. Every coach on your staff was praying for rain that night because they knew it would be in Boone's favor if it did. Maybe not determine the outcome of the game, but absolutely give them somewhat of an advantage vs a pass heavy team.
