I'm sure there were a lot of folks that may have not gotten reimbursed or even knew about turning their tickets in.  Some might have just discarded them.  

Red Bank made it very difficult for folks to try and get a refund.  I believe it had to be done on one particular day during the evening hours. Only had like 1 or 2 days notice.

I drove over 4 hours to SP to turn our tickets in so the Band could salvage some money back.  They weren't keeping my money.
