Yep OS sent them as much film as they could get of GB. As for your question about breaking the rules if the rules gets broke then I agree that the guilty should be punished. If the rules has not been broken then let them play  in this incident that you’re talking about there was proof so should be punished. As for some getting on here and falsely accusing others makes them look like really bad. I hope that answers your question lol

I have only commented about the QB! As far as accusing anyone else of anything, I’ve not said one word! I have actually said I wasn’t going to fuss about transfers after the way my step son was done his first year at SP by his former school! We and by WE I mean the schools, fall under TSSAA rules..if like our situation the head man says he’s not 99% sure he’s eligible but he’s 100% positive he’s eligible how can you fight that?
If all moves where legitimate and the TSSAA agreed, line them up and play ball! I’ve said it many times, transfers do not equal wins! The young men on the field will settle that debate amongst themselves!

Not to jump in and interrupt what is an entertaining conversation but SP wasn’t the school that first reported this apparent violation but was explained away by the TSSAA! Let me ask your opinion, the summer before a student athlete starts his senior year participated in a All American Bowl game in another state and its filmed with said QB playing, according to the TSSAA any student athlete that competes in a non sanctioned all star game prior to his high school eligibility being done would have to forego his last season and be ruled ineligible to play his senior season!
In your opinion, was a violation committed or was his playing in a bowl game in another state before his senior season ok? Do we pick and choose the rules to enforce or do we enforce all violations according to the great TSSAA RULE BOOK?

Any way, I look for GB to handle there next two games with wins and hopefully SP will do the same and we all can watch the State Championship game get settled in GB! Lol bet that gets the west going!!!

No, the state championship game will be played in Huntingdon,Tn on Black Friday. Lake County and Huntingdon will do battle for the gold that night. Lol.

I’m gonna be completely honest and I may eat these words. But as long as Huntingdon runs that offense (run left, run middle, run right) they aren’t gonna get over the hump. They aren’t that impressive to me.

Just about every school Whitwell beat reported the violation! Heck, GB knows Whitwell had help preparing for their game as well!

But Greenback don't care. We line up and play who they put in front of us and don't cry and accuse for an entire year like a couple of sissy boys . O.B.P. AND R.L.T.D. cant get over themselves.  I bet anyone on Coach T that if you went to Old Butt Pirates house right now Roy is spooned up behind him in bed.

99% of our fan base doesn’t care either.Sure we wish y’all hadn’t gotten several awesome transfers because it put you back toward the top this year. It definitely made our road a whole lot more difficult. However griping about it doesn’t do anything.  Just because two of our goons have given you a hard time shouldn’t bother you. Just ignore them like we do. I learned a long time ago if you have thick enough skin to never respond it will eventually go away.  If we make it to that game in a few weeks I know our kids will play as hard as they can. At the end of the day that’s all we can really ask out of a bunch of kids.

Don't let their offense fool you. They run it to perfection. They also play very good defense. They are definitely one of the 4 teams that can win it all.

    • Yep..could possibly have 3 teams ranked in top ten in the same four team district.
    • He had an opportunity to be the OC at TC without final say in the offensive gameplan. How does that work? Smh. Head Coaches are public figures regardless of the community size, and yes there are some out there, it’s irrelevant and not fair to them to name them on here. Also why is said “head coach” the head coach of the MS baseball program to begin with? Oh because no one wants it. As for the Lebanon question, I know what I’ve been told so just going off here say, some of the boosters were not happy with his roster decisions and wanted him out. Although he lead them to 20+ wins in multiple seasons
    • A head coach in the school system? No I dont think so. Head coaches are public figures in small communities. Not trying to slander, but this is an actual question. Do you know why he was forced to resign at Lebanon? This was his second chance.  He already left trousdale once and had an opportunity to come back a couple of years ago but spoiled that.
    • Are you perfect? Nope no one is, at the end of the day there are several teachers/coaches and even some in the Trousdale County school system that have DUI’s on their record. You’re correct on it being a bad mistake and it unfortunately could have ended horribly. While you consider the consequences minimal, I can assure you they are not. Ultimately I hope and have faith that he will learn from it and use it to better himself.
