So..... this is a "different" Bearden team than the one DB stomped a few weeks ago.     What is different?   New coaching staff?    Extra players?

Collin Ironside is a 4 year starter at QB who didn't play against DB ... He will make a huge difference . If DB thinks they're playing the same team they played earlier in the year they're gonna be in trouble .

btw , hard to believe DB doesn't remember him since he passed for 262 yds and 3 TD's last year against DB to beat them .

I'm sure "DB" remembers Ironside very well and will do what they can to prepare, if they can do anything given their secondary is useless  They will simply have to try to smother him..  Now me, I don't remember him because I did not go to the Bearden game nor listen to it on the radio.  So don't equate my comments with "DB".

Actually I will be surprised it DB wins this one.  Probably a close and hard fought game but DB unlikely to survive it.  I plan to go just to experience one last football Friday night for the season. There are few places better than J. Fred Johnson stadium to experience a great football Friday night.

This will be a great game. DB defense will be the difference in a close one. Ironside will hurt you running the ball also. DB better put a spy on him.

Maryville wins by 40 something the next 2 weeks over whomever they play. There are very good in every aspect of the game. I dont think Farragut or DB/Bearden scores on their ones.

Well you obviously didn't graduate from DB or else things have taken a bad turn in the English department. You need a few spelling and grammar lessons.

I don't believe in blindly praising a team. They are greatly improved this year but Science Hill proved that they are seriously flawed. I will not be surprised if Bearden beats them but I think it can go the other way. Heck, if I thought that Bearden was going to take another beating I wouldn't waste my money on a ticket. I'd save it for the Maryville game.

You need to just talk more people, with their heads in the cloud, into posting here.

The only other Tennessee native I can remember competing for world team spots is the older Boykin in freestyle and he wasn't nearly as close as Nick has been to making world teams.
