I have to disagree on a couple. All the ones you listed are no doubt great players but ....

WR - replace Mr. Cox with Blake Satterfield. 

K - I know Jared won Mr. Football but IMO Wesley could have been one as well. I dont think they had the award at the time but had he been fully dedicated to swinging his leg, they dude would have played D1 whereever he wanted. K im also assuming has punt duties as well in this scenario and I've never seen someone put the ball any better than Wesley Satterfield. Jared may have him beat in the FG contest slightly but Wes had him in the Punting for sure and overall i think Wesley would be my choice.
