No.  He was a freshman.  There's a big difference there than starting seniors. Carnes may be one of the few QB's to start for 2 different teams in a state championship game.

What if carnes and his family wanted to.move to south Pitt. Would everyone turn him down and tell them to go over to.marion county ?

I may be a bit late here, but just watched the film for GB vs. SP.. and good lord south pittsburg couldn't catch a ball if their life depended on it. Several dropped interceptions/receptions good lord
