Yup, not been myself........being sick for the last couple of weeks,  made watching from a dry spot more appealing! a dose of antibiotics and steroids got me headed in the right direction. Now, if the wife don't kill me for getting her sick...... Ill be back in my spot for the Loudon County Corndog and funnel cake classic come Friday!!

Will do! I'm hoping Greenback will make it, and we can watch that game too! glad too be playing on Friday again. That's back to the GOONS traditions.....Friday Championship game and a great steak dinner to celebrate the victory!.Im sure we can get ya a GOON card for the whole event!

We have been to the finals 19 times before this year.  Brentwood Academy beat us in 1988 and CPA beat us in 2014 and we've won the rest.  Since 2004 either AHS or the team that beat us has won the championship- not too shabby.

Loudon has a great athlete that can score every time he touches the ball, QB is effective and big WR/TE can extend drives. Team is well coached.

Excited to see this match up. I grew up with Alcoa, Maryville, Wall and and Loudon winning state championships.

Two schools with a lot of tradition meeting each other for a the opportunity to play in Cookeville.

Should be a great night.

Loudon is really good but they haven't seen a defense like Alcoa's.

I keep hearing about Alcoa’s defense so it must be the best they’ve had in a while and they’ve had some good ones.
