HitEmLow
What is the rumors? Will it remain the same? Will there be 5 classes? Super 32? Z plan? What should they do?

BeachHound
Think about the money they would make IF they cut it down to 3 public classes and 2 private classes. Attendance is declining year over year because of this farce of a playoff system. Currently, approximately 2/3 of public schools get in!!! With 3 classes there would be 96 slots total with ~300 schools vying to get in. That would leave nearly 100 schools with winning records out, every year. That would leave the door open for 50 quality bowl games, that the T$$AA could get a cut of. I would wager a lot of money that a lot more people would come out to see some locally flavored bowl with two 7 win teams instead of seeing a 2 or 3 win team getting hammered by the 1 seed in another region. This year also made the case, at least in 5A to seed the tournament. It was a travesty to watch Powell, West, and South Doyle sitting at home, when all 3 would have beaten Summit in much the same way that Central did. lakecounty1968
I know the bigger schools doesn't care about 1A but there needs to be a strict cutoff at 1A. No need for a school with 100 students to play schools with 450 students. Cut off needs to be 350 to 375. Just don't take so many teams in the 1A playoffs. You could take the remaining schools and divide them out even and have 5 public classes. 1A always gets the shaft when it comes to classification.

Indian
Too bad the classifications aren't 2 year set ups. Could have had it going.

Jimbob9
It would be great if they would go to a two year set up starting right now, while everything is already fouled up. Tennessee is always the LAST to do anything that makes since.
