Ross has about worn out his welcome everywhere in the area. I would think he has burnt bridges from here to Calhoun.

Where was Ross last year?  I believe after 1 season in 2018 as head coach at Model High in Georgia they offered to extent his contract in 2019 but he never signed before the deadline.

I have been told that Grider contacted Ross about being the DC now that Shawn Peek has left......

2013 resigns from Calhoun to South Pittsburg
2013 resigns from South Pittsburg to Mary Persons
2014 resigns from Mary Persons High School to Jasper 
2016 resigns from Jasper High School to McCallie 
2017 resigns from McCallie to Sonoraville 
2018 resigns from Sonoraville to Model.
2019 resigns from Model. 

2020 Marion County again??

It’s time they give a homegrown guy that also happens to be a great coach a chance . The best possible fit would be JD Gudger . I probably shouldn’t be recommending someone that could consistently beat my team but sometimes you have to just to say what is the right thing to do.

There must be some sort of confusion.  Ricki was offered a job disposing of crap (DC) from the visitor side latrines.  He is well known as a bag man.  If Jasper is giving up on coaching with integrity, they may as well go with the Paint Man again over the Bag Man.
