Selection process is a joke.

Watkins was the best RB in the EAST and Brigman the best O-Lineman.

I assume the team record had something to do with it.

apparently so OLDad....and OLDads compliments to those 2 r appreciated......

.....absolutely the Irish's 0-9 was shockingly horrific and a humbler to Fants 10 plus win season average as a HC over the last 7 years.....but to not have even placed those 2 in the ballet box is a brain raddler...

...Watkins had bout 1300 yds in only 6 or 7 games...with Booger thinkin 17 TD's...and Booger dare anyone to observe eithers highlight reel and say they dont belong.....Watkins had bout 3200 yds and 30 plus TDs in his career on a teams that highlighted Cameron Wynn (probably still FAU or maybe even Ole Miss bound from NW MS, Jordan Ford (offered by TN from Kansas), Monroe Beard (ARPB), Akil Sledge (Lindsey Wilson)

.....Brigman had so many pancakes he darn near put a squeeze on Stovalls record...and NOBODY tucked that dudes tail between his legs...wernt shabby on defense either

...at least they got selected to E-W Allstar and Brigman played center in that thing....thinkin its not so unfair to say the selection results made the coaches look not so good in this one.....and maybe a little shame on them

Booger just sayin

I agree with what you are saying. I still think he was the best RB. Do you think he should have been excluded even though he did not play last game? Would he have made the team if he had been injured and did not play last game.

Booger will agree without a doubt he belonged in the top 3.....1, 2, 3 ?....Booger not sure....thats a matter of opinion.....

....what Booger nose...is he Would have or should have been on that list......if he was part of a team...he was not...he quit with one 7 days left in regular season.....One cannot b all state for a team that one is not part of

....wishin that young man best of luck whichever HS recruits him...hes has shown signs of beina great one

Best of luck to both Hill, Watkins & Brigman

Hill has signed with West Texas A&M

Emory & Henry has handed Watkins one of its largest ever out of state scholarships...and the Wasp have gotten an absolute gem in this kid

EM8RVrdN_400x400.jpg

and Vermont Avenues biggest and nastiest dirt bag, Brigman, is headed to K-town.....was good to have the UT coaches back in the Hallways on Vermont Avenue again this week.....prior to Brigs headin out to NAshville in pursuit of another State Wrestlin Heavyweight Title

Image

the TN Coaches Association couldnt see fit to find a place for Watkins & Brigman on the All-state team because ND went a blazin 0-9.....but the TN Sports writers didnt have to play the the W-L playoff finishin game......and saw fit to award these 2 young studs that award on their team with Brigman bein chosen a Lineman of the year

..not an easy adventure this next step of tryin to play on Saturdays.......congrats & best of luck to these young men...
